ATSI seeks a Technology Transfer (T2) Analyst to assist a
large military technology transfer program by creating technology transfer
strategy, guidelines, policies, and processes for domestic research labs. The T2 Analyst will help to collect and analyze
data to communicate impacts made by military research laboratories. This position will also involve attendance
at meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and sending
announcements. Use of financial management
software may occur from time to time.
This position will assist reviewing technology transfer agreements for
compliance and data metrics. The T2 Analyst
will be a member of a small team and report to a Program Manager (PM).
degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
least 5 years of experience supporting a T2 program.
least 5 years of DOD financial management experience.
to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level security clearance.
communicating and translating business and policy requirements within the
military and/or federal government sector.
success with official correspondence and memoranda development, document
editing, meeting and events management, calendar management, document routing
procedures, and other action officer tasks.
ability to interact with scientific, engineering, and program management
personnel in-person, on-line, and by telephone.
collaborative and communication skills (verbal and written).
with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point).
at working independently and collaboratively.
to track and follow through on projects to completion.
analytical ability to interpret federal legislation, statutes, policy,
instructions, directives, and/or regulations as it pertains to the review and
compliance auditing of agreements and office correspondence.

organized, with demonstrated ability to proactively problem-solve and
concurrently manage multiple efforts to execute to finite deliverables.
with various Technology Transfer agreements, intellectual property, and
identifying the different types of patent applications for the purposes of data
with at least 5 years in legal, paralegal, JAG, or federal policy/lobbying
office management is a plus.
knowledge of research organizational structures.
drafting clear, concise meeting minutes and announcements.
of drafting and following SOPs.
developing spreadsheets with a good working knowledge of Excel for collecting
and analyzing data.
analysis of technology transfer data from labs and preparing PowerPoints
