Laundry Worker

To maintain environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures of the Health Care Center. Perform a variety of general laundry tasks such as sorting items, checking for stains, loading items into a machine and finishing by drying, folding and packing. Items may include facility linens and resident's personal items. Work also includes distributing resident's clothing and clean linens to user rooms or departments and maintaining stock levels on nursing floors. Follow standard practices and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements. *Sign on Bonus available.*

Positions Available: Part-time (every other weekend and holiday)

Required Attributes: 1-2 years experience in the healthcare industry required. Experience in Long-Term and/or Short-Term Care preferred. Ability to perform the duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including the ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
