What You’ll Do

• Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to recipes and specifications

• Maintain portion control and minimize waste

• Keep stations stocked, organized, and service-ready

• Assist in timely ticket execution during service

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen

• Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients and products

• Support the culinary leadership team with additional kitchen duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of cooking or restaurant experience preferred

• Basic knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to learn and grow — we are happy to train the right candidate
