Job Summary 

Oscar’s Brewing Company is looking for dedicated Bakers who enjoy working in a strong team environment. A background in upscale dining is appreciated!

Responsibilities and Duties

As an OBC Baker:

• You prepare all bread, dough and desserts in accordance with OBC recipes and standards

• You stock and set up your station with all essential provisions

• You label, date and rotate all food, following FIFO procedures 

• You ensure that all food handling areas are maintained thoroughly clean

• You ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products

• You execute multiple tasks quickly, timely and effectively 

• You thoroughly clean and wrap up your station upon completion of serve

Qualifications and Skills 

• Applicants must have at least 1 year prior experience in yeast bread baking and shaping

  Be organized, attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Have great communication skills and be able to work as a team!

• Function well when under stress

• Have a current food handler permit

• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and evenings

• Able to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours or more
