STEALTH Auto Recovery seeks full time experienced recovery agents, as well as those who are eager to learn the profession.

A Recovery Field Agent works with other staff to investigate, track down and recover collateral that is out for repossession, primarily automobiles. Agents secure the vehicles and tow them to the closest company impound lot (we have several in our service area). The Recovery Field Agent requires a positive attitude, high professional standards, ethics and a habit of consistent communication.

Must be able pass a drug and background check. DOT Card a plus and CARS Certified a plus. Tow Truck Experience a Plus. We will Train, Commission Based salary with Bonus. Must be able to operate a Computer, Tablet, GPS, Mobile Apps.

• Repossess collateral as per company and industry guidelines

• Perform Field Calls as required

• Transport repossessed collateral safely to company impound lots

• Requires sitting behind the wheel of a tow truck for prolonged periods of time

• Must work the attendance schedule and repossession goals as agreed to with your supervisor

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Proven experience working in an environment without direct supervision

• Ability to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, and employees

• Either currently possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license

• Basic mechanical ability as you will need to check truck daily for any repairs/replacement requirements necessary to maintain the truck in good condition. Repairs will be handled by service garage.

• Previous experience working as a tow truck operator, or in the repo industry. Experience loading a flatbed, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged. Industry certification a plus

• Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with service
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn multiple online platforms and maintain driver electronic logs and vehicle inspection reports.
• You must have a clean driving record, must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug test
• Clean, presentable appearance, reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to handle stress and multiple priorities with a level head
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, time management and conflict resolution skills

• We provide the truck, equipment, and fuel card. You ride alone so you are not exposed to anyone while driving in the field.

• Hourly Rate plus Commission; OT available and Uncapped Commission
