are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support our IT and
Operations departments with projects and end-to-end testing to ensure that
business, technical, and functional requirements are being met throughout the
SDLC. We’re looking for someone who can design and execute test scripts based
upon test strategy/plans to identify defects prior to production.
Planning and executing Quality Control and Quality Assurance for
complex and large development projects.
Participating in continuous post production testing.
Accounting for testing all of the application and operational
impacts of a given sprint or release.
Creating and executing test cases, test plans and test scripts.
Participating in the setup/definition of test environments.
Coordinating with business analysts and developers to ensure
that business requirements are met and coded correctly.
Creating and managing requirements tractability matrix to ensure
completeness of test case coverage.
Creating test data for the QA/UAT environment for testing
Supporting Operations/Marketing teams with testing needs.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in
computer science or related field and QA work experience needed
Credit Card experience
3-5 years of hands-on
manual and automated testing
Must have experience
managing test efforts, plan and execution in Team Services/Azure
DevOps/JIRA/HP ALM tool
Experience working in production
environment or product support testing experience
Must have experience
working with First Data Resources (FDR) services
Experience in Webservices
Soap UI/Postman required
Experience with agile
software process including analysis, design, coding, system integration, and
user acceptance testing, problem resolution and planning
Aptitude to quickly
learn new business function
Must have excellent
debugging and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work
from office location and perform duties as assigned
