Job Overview

Working in conjunction with the Senior Slot Supervisor, this position will oversee the day to day running of the cage and slot operations, while upholding our core values. As well as building team spirt, development and mentorship.

Responsibilities and Duties

·        Working in Conjunction with the VIP ambassadors to ensue highest level of service

·        Scheduling of slot and count room staff, while keeping within the budget, but providing outstanding customer service

·        Working directly with the Slot team and Senior Slot Supervisor to ensure policy and procedures are followed and implemented.

·        Resolve guest disputes, machine malfunctions (in conjunction with AGLC), and resolve team member issues. Seeing the issue through to its conclusion and keeping clear communication with the Slot and Cage operations manager.

·        Continuously work to improve processes and service standards.

·        Promote and maintain the highest levels of integrity and customer service

·        Build team spirt through positive reinforcement and recognizing excellence in the workplace, focus on resolving conflict and confidentiality

·        Ensure that Slot attendants perform their described duties

·        Settle patron disputes based on technical recommendations

·        Initiate/witness jackpots and promote slot events

·        Conduct inquiries into patron claims or complaints

·        Ensure the Slot and cage operations manager is immediately informed of suspected theft or illegal activity

·        Process TITO Tickets over $5000

·        Ensure duties are performed in accordance with AGLC, AML and internal policies

·        Unload/ reload and balancing of ATM’s and TRK’s

·        Counting verifying the balance of the slot vault

·        Payout of AGLC Progressive Jackpots as well as any jackpot of $10,000 or more

·        Ensuring outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and request for service.

·        Monitor and initiate all slot department initiatives including overseeing large winnings (AML compliance) and ensuring cage and floor are running efficiently

Education and Experience

·        High school diploma

·        At least 5 years in supervisory role

·        Criminal Record Check

·        A current AGLC gaming Licence

·        AML, deal us in Phase 1 and 2, VLT and Lotto learn.

·        Pro serve
