Housekeeping Supervisor -

Job description – As a housekeeping Supervisor, you will be assisting our team of Housekeepers, while making sure our property is both visually appealing and safe. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; responding to guest needs, room inspections, and acting as a direct line between housekeepers and management. You will be responsible for ensuring that we continue to give our guests and homeowners the highest standard of clean possible.

Job Responsibilities -

  • Maintain Company standards of cleanliness and efficiency
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacement in cases of absence
  • Room inspections
  • Efficiently manage supplies
  • Participate in cleaning projects as required
  • Communicate information to Housekeeping director
  • Coach, train, and lead housekeeping staff
  • Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

Requirements –

·         Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

·         Previous experience in hotel housekeeping

·         Must be able to work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude
