  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators...
  • Sweep and scrub floors
  • Clean garbage cans with water or steam
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
  • Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Work to ensure the proper care of our dishware, cutlery, and equipment - minimum breakage!
  • Arrive to work on time for the shift


  • Experience in a related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants a plus
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move an object
