Job Description:
Land Perc, Inc. is looking for someone who is a hardworking, driven, and detail-oriented individual. Our design firm is growing so if you have a great work ethic, willing to work in a positive and energetic environment, then this is the place for you. Our project focus is septic and sewer site plan designs for new residential and commercial construction. We are truly in the business of providing our clients with the best design, effortless permitting application and a seamless building experience! Candidates who are great at math, highly organized, and able to work interdependently are encouraged to apply. Auto CAD experience is preferred but not required, we will provide the training for CAD.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare survey drawings and inserting into model templates using AutoCAD software.
- Handle all outgoing & incoming phones calls to Zoning, Health, and Building Departments.
- Update order statuses in Designers Daily Log and Team Task board on Monday.com.
- Support customers by completing email requests for CAD design changes/revisions, follow ups, and any emails as assigned by the CAD Manager.
- Generate PDF files from AutoCAD designs as needed.
- Responsible for providing site plan layouts of houses/buildings, septic systems and all drainage plans through AutoCAD program.
- Responsible for maintaining company design templates.

Requirements:
- Auto CAD experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Word & Adobe.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing quality work.
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks while working independently.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High customer service skills with commitment to follow-through in a timely manner
