The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.   Job duties include, but are not limited to:


·         Distribute vendor invoices to department heads for approval and coding.

·         Accurately enter invoices in A/P system.

·         Maintain electronic vendor files.

·         Maintain ongoing communication with vendors on payment status.

·         Maintain liquor companies’ general ledgers, accounts payable and bank reconciliations.

·         Receive and distribute all incoming mail.

·         Maintain a professional, organized working environment and attitude.

·         Responsible for inventorying and ordering office supplies for all departments.

·         Maintain standard operating procedures for Accounting department functions.


·         High attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

·         High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

·         Previous accounting experience required, preferably in accounts payable.

·         Strong emphasis in customer service.

·         Must have exceptional skills with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

·         Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.



·         Most work tasks are performed indoors, but will also require travelling in inclement weather conditions between properties.

·         Position requires sitting, standing, and walking.

·         Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to move office supplies, set up files and storage.

·         Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

·         Requires grasping, writing, repetitive motions.  Requires manual dexterity to use and operate office equipment such as computer, printer, multi-line phone, filing cabinet, photocopier, and other office equipment as needed.
