It is ideal for summer vacations, romantic getaways, destination weddings, family reunions and corporate events. We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Manager wishing to sell a 57 room hotel with modest F&B offerings and function space.
Candidate will be expected to be RESULT DRIVEN and achieve sales goals, maintain and establish relationships in the CORPORATE and/or SMERF market, capture additional market share and effectively SELL the property to area businesses. Sales Managers are expected to constantly go out to solicit business and effectively book and SERVICE all guests. Our sales team is DYNAMIC and adaptive to the evolving hospitality industry environment.
The Sales Manager is expected to report directly to the hotel's General Manager. Candidate is expected to be have a good understanding of technical marketing tools and be able to capture/analyze market data to better direct the hotel's sales efforts.
Results, results, results. This is a 100% commission-based Sales position. Our company believes in rewarding based on performance and would like candidates to be actively selling, dedicated sales professionals. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hospitality sales experience. The candidate must be able to enhance the hotel's market share and provide the ultimate level of SERVICE to all clientele. As the hotel is currently being rebranded and open for the first-time year round, the ability to CLOSE on business is an essential skill. Candidate must have demonstrated superb performance and must have surpassed sales goals in their past roles.
