Order Fulfillment Clerk - Rental
JM Test Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full rental workflow—handling both outbound shipments and inbound returns—to ensure our customers receive accurate, well-prepared equipment on time. You’ll play a key role in maintaining order accuracy, equipment readiness, and smooth turnaround processes that keep our rental operations running at peak efficiency.
What You’ll Do

Outbound Rentals – Pull and stage equipment, verify calibration and functionality, ensure accessories and documentation are included, and process orders to meet customer “need-by” dates.

Inbound Returns – Receive and check in returned equipment, write up units for calibration, clean and prep for reuse, track routing, and ensure quick turnaround to the “ready” shelf.

Documentation & Accuracy – Maintain records in Calmapp, send customer communications (certs, terms, and return instructions), and keep shelves and staging areas organized.

Team Support – Cross-cover check-in and check-out workflows as volume requires, attend meetings, and help maintain accessory inventory and supplies.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in Oil & Gas or related industries preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Basic computer and MS Office skills.
