Float Admissions Director

A short term rehabilitation/long term care facility located in Queens, NY is seeking a customer service oriented/motivated individual to join our dynamic team of professionals as the Director of Admissions . The Director of Admissions should have a successful track record with filling facility beds.

In this role, you will supervise and lead the Admissions department to having a productive working relationship with local hospitals, process resident admissions in an efficient and appropriate manner, following facility policies and procedures.

Minimum Associates Degree preferred

Minimum 2-5 years experience as a successful Admissions Director in a short term rehabilitation/long term care facility

Healthcare, sales, marketing experience preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing, medical terminology knowledge and data entry required

Salary commensurate with experience
