Access Control and Queuing Agent

We're looking for awesome team members who are keenly aware of their environment, personable and professional, and yet place significant value on security, established procedures, and all with the face of positive guest experience.

Those in this position will engage in any of the following activities:

  • Regulate access out of international arrivals preventing breaches in security.
  • Coordinate and facilitate passenger access through queues at TSA and Customs.
  • Expedite passengers carrying agreed upon indicators through the TSA.

To accomplish this, we require that you:

  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Project one's voice to a crowd
  • Effectively operate a two-way radio
  • Be able to push or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Be able to stand and/or sit for 3-4 hours at a time

While we encourage those who are bilingual to apply, it is not required. However, in the long term, those possessing language skills related to the majority of language speakers arriving into the facility may be able to cross-train within the department.

Wage is $16.09/hour and benefits are limited to the accrual of PTO (paid time off) and sick leave which may be taken after the probationary period ends as well as commute reimbursement benefits.
