Cashier/Ticketing

JOB SUMMARY:

The Cashier will provide information to customers, complete sales transactions and answer phones while maintaining the highest level of customer service.  All cashiers must be familiar with all product offerings at Sky Zone.

Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Provide information about Sky Zone to customers
• Complete sales transactions
• Enter data into the computer system
• Various filing duties
• Stock front desk supplies
• And other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle money.
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
