What We Do:
As leaders, our Restaurant Managers are motivators and coaches who:
§ Manage hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant, administrative responsibilities, interviews, hiring & training, performance reviews, product quality control, general maintenance.
§ Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing.
§ Continually review restaurant operations to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement.
§ Lead with integrity by motivating team members through positive and respectful leadership.
§ Build an amazing culture by creating trust within their team by recognizing a job well-done and providing meaningful feedback.
§ Create a culture of growth that promotes continuous development of shift managers and team members.
§ Identify and foster talent in their team, developing high performers for promotions including training of successor.
§ Hold all team members and managers accountable to company policies, procedures and operating principles.
§ Responsible for keeping restaurant staffed and selecting best talent from trade area, always looking at improving talent.
§ Strive to reach the next level as position is considered as an internal promote opportunity.
Who We Look For:
Pieology is looking for individuals with a passion for people, food and service.
§ 3+ years of recent retail or restaurant or hospitality experience.
§ 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level working in a full service, fast casual or fast food restaurant.
§ History of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity.
§ Ability to effectively delegate responsibility.
§ Excellent guest service skills, ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed.
- Rock solid dependability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
§ Open availability to support all hours of business operation.
§ Must be at least 18 years of age depending on location.
