We’re looking for Mobile Member Service Representatives to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve.
Location: Various locations, NM
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $17.00 hourly
Schedule Varies: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Sat 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Preferred Experience: Cash handling and customer service. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Mobile position: Schedule and location may vary depending on needs of branches. Must utilize own transportation, and have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Position involves receiving and processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments with great accuracy.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Position can grow to include: Opening accounts, and processing loans, depending on experience.
