Sales Team Brand Ambassador

DESCRIPTION     Got a story our guests would love to hear?  Wachusett Brewing Company is looking for fun, interesting, energetic, out-going craft beer enthusiasts to join our team as an Ambassador to serve beer in our Brew Yard.  Let us know your story.

Key responsibilities include:

• Represent the Wachusett Brewing Company brand proudly in our Brew Yard
• Pour and serve Wachusett Brewing beverages to customers
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each customer
• Have a working knowledge of craft beer, specifically Wachusett beers
• Be able to discuss the beers with customers
• Perform growler and call filling duties
• Lead brewery tours
• Check identification of customers in order to verify age 21 
• Keep Brew Yard clean at all times.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally

Qualifications / Requirements:

·        Knowledge of draught equipment

·        Reliable

·        Strong interpersonal skills

·        TIPS certified

·        Frequent lifting between 25 – 50 lbs

·        Prior customer service experience
