Monitor and support the Bank enterprise
systems environment to ensure the availability, confidentiality, and integrity
of the Bank’s systems and data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review alerts,
logs, and reports and identify anomalous events.
- Ensure that anomalous events are
reviewed, remediated, or escalated with appropriate urgency and accurately
document all response actions.
- Assist in the
preparation of reports and presentations on events and the state of various Information
Security-related programs within the Bank.

planning, deployment, and administration of Information Security tools.

- Promote Information
Security best practices among the employees and customers of the Bank.

Minimum Qualifications (Education,
- Two years of experience in Information
Technology or Security in an operations or support role.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in an
Information Technology or Cybersecurity field is a plus.
- An entry-level security certification
such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC GISF, (ISC)² SSCP, etc., is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of computer
systems and networking principles.
- Experience troubleshooting and/or securing
computer systems and networks, including cloud systems.
- Familiarity with security platforms,
including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, IDS/IPS, web proxies/filters, spam
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity
frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, COBIT, COSO, etc.
