CONRAD’S features a scratch kitchen, a large wine selection, signature cocktails, and a strong focus on local and regional craft beer. We are a proud member of the Missouri Craft Brewer’s Guild, supporting and promoting our state’s craft beer industry.
We are currently seeking a Front of House Manager with Bar Experience to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, guest-focused leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a small-company environment, and has the heart of a teacher. Integrity matters here, and our goal is for every guest to leave with a positive experience. This role may require flexibility to support multiple locations.
Work Schedule
· 5 days per week
· 50–55 hours weekly
· No late nights

Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage Front of House operations, including dining room and bar service.
· Lead and support bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff.
· Maintain strong bar operations and service standards.
· Complete and manage bar and beverage inventories.
· Assist with ordering and cost control.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
· Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness standards.
· Motivate staff and hold team members accountable.
· Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
· Provide guidance on operational procedures.
· Maintain positive working relationships with staff and guests.
· Follow direction from Operations and General Managers.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
· Bar management or strong bar experience required.
· Inventory management experience.
· Craft beer knowledge is a strong plus.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to work weekends and nights.
