Responsible for the cooking, production of entrée, vegetable, and specialty station foods in assigned restaurant/outlet.
Must be able to maintain high quality food flavor in our Valley Beach poolside club setting.  Follows recipe specifications and maintains high quality and consistency.  Cooks in volume and high quality environment. Assists chefs in food preparation.  Works from production sheets.  Has knowledge of soups, sauces, various foods, and specialty foods related to that of a casual dining establishment. Follows directions from supervisor. Communicates effectively with others at all times; basic chemical awareness training; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations; basic knife skills.


High school diploma or GED equivalent. Culinary Certification/1-2 yrs work experience in a related outlet.
