Job Summary 

As an OBC bartender, you are a master of your craft.  You embody the art of hospitality and the bar is your stage.  You know much about beer, wine and craft cocktails and are eager to share that knowledge with our Guests.  You are creative, engaging and passionate about food and service.  No one leaves your bar without knowing your name and you theirs.  Making lasting friendships and inviting Guests back to see you regularly is your jam.  You work hard to the keep cleanest, most organized bar, one that you can be proud of showcasing.  You are a true team player who helps to educate and train your fellow Team Members.   

Responsibilities and Duties

As an OBC Bartender:

• You are highly energetic about the brand and excited to build lasting relationships with guests.

• You are willing to go out of your way to give every guest a unique experience. 

• You thrive on multitasking and have excellent communication skills.  

• You are a menu wizard that can recommend particular items to particular guests. 

• You are a driven team player that’s always willing to contribute outside your job code.

Qualifications and Skills *At least 2 Years Experience Strongly Preferred*

• Positive, infectiously upbeat attitude

• Ability to multi task

• Show poise under pressure

• Great communication skills and desire to grow
