What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Education or interest in Human Resources or a related field
  • Two (2) or four (4) years of related experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
  • Experience with HRIS and other Human Resources applications
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems

What You’ll Do

  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding to create a welcoming, positive employee experience
  • Assist with HR projects, employee events, and engagement activities
  • Help answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Post jobs on various job boards and recruiting platforms
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and help coordinate interviews
  • Assist with employee file management, data entry, reporting, and HR system maintenance
  • Support audits, compliance tracking, and other HR-related projects
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruiting needs
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support efficient HR processes
