Job Summary 

As an OBC Expo, you are a liaison between the Heart of the House and Front of the House.  You have an extensive understanding of food preparation, plating, menu knowledge and timing.  You are focused, neat and organized.  As a people-person, you engage readily with our Guests when in the dining room, attending to any potential needs and communicating thoroughly with fellow Team Members and management.  You are eager to serve others and have a humble yet upbeat and engaging personality.  

Responsibilities and Duties

As an OBC Server Assistant:

• You are eager to find how you can better the experience of the guests and other team members. 

• You are constantly aware of the flow of the restaurant and all the small details that matter most. 

• You thrive on multitasking and have excellent communication skills.  

• You are knowledgeable about the products we serve and are excited to share them.  

• You are a driven team player that’s always willing to contribute outside your job code.
