Evening Guest Services Manager - Prince Resort

Job description - The person in this position reports directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations in the evening hours. Duties include supervising staff to provide hotel services; implementing and enforcing procedures necessary for ensuring the safety of guests and their property; preventive maintenance and quality control for the property (nightly inspection/security walk); checking in guests; managing paperwork; resolving customer complaints, and performing other duties as required or assigned.

Job Responsibilities –

·         Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs

·         Register guests in and out of the hotel

·         Work with guests to resolve problems by suggesting and applying mutually aggregable solutions

·         Assist guests in making, changing, and canceling reservations

·         Provide information regarding resort amenities and services

·         Work with other departments to ensure guest requests are met in a timely manner

·         Communicate with the morning staff on any ongoing business needs from the night shift

·         Ensure compliance with Company standards

·         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

Requirements -

·         Must be able to work weekends and holidays

·         Previous Front Desk/ Supervisory Experience

·         Working Computer Skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
