Provides safety, security, and a wide range of public assistance to resort
members, guests and associates. Interacts with everyone entering resort property
through the main security gate. Primarily works at the security gate and
patrols the resort roads and properties.
This is a part-time position scheduled to work approximately
24-28 hours per week and primarily during second shift. Hours would fall
within a window between 1pm and 12:00am. Qualified candidates must be
flexible to work on an assigned shift that could adjust over time to meet the
needs of the department and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Job Duties:
- Ensure a safe
and secure environment for resort members, guests, contractors and

persons entering the gate entrance are authorized to enter and are given resort
passes or stickers that properly reflects their status.
- Drive 40+ miles of resort roads checking properties for problems and looking for
through emails and review check-in status reports for guests.
- Write grammatically
correct reports to record incidents involving damaged property or injuries
to associates or resort guests.

Education, Skills & Experience:
- High school
diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer
service, communication and organizational skills, drive and motivation.
- Basic computer skills
with experience using Microsoft Office Software Applications and the ability to use
them in the performance of duties. Examples include, preparing
spreadsheets, typed memorandums/documents, and preparing slide presentations.
- Good observational
skills and attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license without
restrictions that would limit fulfillment of the essential job duties.
- CPR/ First
Aid certification preferred.
- 1-2 years’
experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
