What You’ll Do:
You will report directly to the Cultivation Assistant Director and be responsible for choreographing the production, harvest, and post-harvest processes.  This position plans, organizes, directs, controls, and coordinates Cultivation activities of workers engaged in crop growth and culture, crop movement (growth cycle), crop harvesting, and post-harvest processes within the Cultivation paradigm.

·         Ensure that all Production, Harvest, and Post-Harvest activities are completed each week.

·         Track Key Performance Indicators for the department.

·         Enter work schedules and process payroll for the department.

·         Plan out the following week’s activities and write the work plan on the Division’s Newsletter.

·         Track department/division performance within Acumatica and Metrc computer software systems.

·         Interview, select, hire, and promote employees in the organization.

·         Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

·         Make decisions and problem solving – Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

·         Coach and Develop Teammates – Identify the developmental needs of direct reports and coach, mentor, or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills.

What You’ll Need:

·         3+ years of demonstrated personnel management experience

·         Horticulture or Agriculture experience a must

·         Hydroponic growing experience. 

·         Experience managing hourly teammates

·         Experience dealing with a greenhouse or warehouse (indoor grow) that is maintained by light levels, temperature, humidity, etc.

·         Mechanical aptitude – able to demonstrate knowledge of irrigation equipment and various types of machinery and base knowledge of electrical.

·         Detail and data oriented

·         Ideal candidate:  large scale hemp operations

·         Experience with Microsoft Suite, Metrc, and ERP Systems (Acumatica) a plus
