What You’ll Do:
You will report
directly to the Cultivation Assistant Director and be responsible for choreographing
the production, harvest, and post-harvest processes. This position plans, organizes, directs,
controls, and coordinates Cultivation activities of workers engaged in crop
growth and culture, crop movement (growth cycle), crop harvesting, and
post-harvest processes within the Cultivation paradigm.
Ensure that all
Production, Harvest, and Post-Harvest activities are completed each week.
Performance Indicators for the department.
schedules and process payroll for the department.
Plan out the
following week’s activities and write the work plan on the Division’s
department/division performance within Acumatica and Metrc computer software
select, hire, and promote employees in the organization.
administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing
and problem solving – Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the
best solution and solve problems.
Coach and Develop
Teammates – Identify the developmental needs of direct reports and coach,
mentor, or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills.
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of
demonstrated personnel management experience
Horticulture or Agriculture
experience a must
dealing with a greenhouse or warehouse (indoor grow) that is maintained by
light levels, temperature, humidity, etc.
aptitude – able to demonstrate knowledge of irrigation equipment and various
types of machinery and base knowledge of electrical.

candidate: large scale hemp operations
Microsoft Suite, Metrc, and ERP Systems (Acumatica) a plus
