Engineering Administrative Support
Job description – The engineering admin support will
ensure all work orders have been assigned to the maintenance team. Following up
on new and current job orders is required to ensure all tasks are completed in
a timely manner. Keeping an organized
system of work orders and materials that are needed is essential to the job.
Job responsibilities -
- Follow all company safety and
security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety
up daily on open work orders to ensure that parts are ordered in a timely
purchase orders, gain proper approvals, reconcile pricing, placing orders,
and accepts inventory in a timely manner.

Strong data entry skills
year of clerical experience in an office setting preferred; Hospitality office
experience is a plus
