Reesink Canada Holdings is a subsidiary of Royal Reesink, a Dutch company that started in 1786 as a blacksmith and has evolved into one of the largest equipment suppliers internationally. Canada is one of the main markets for Royal Reesink. We believe that both the agricultural and construction equipment market have big potential in Canada. That is why Reesink Canada Holdings was founded as a dedicated entity for all Canadian activities. This matches Royal Reesink’s growth strategy, which is based in part on growth with existing brands in new markets. Royal Reesink has been representing CLAAS for over 65 years in the Netherlands and also represents CLAAS, HORSCH and MACDON in Kazakhstan. Significant similarities exist between Western Canadian agriculture and agriculture in Kazakhstan; therefore, synergies can be realized.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies across Reesink Canada and our five Operating companies. In this work, you will effectively promote each company’s services, brand/product lineup, campaigns, events, and more. You will ensure websites are updated, user-friendly, and accurately reflect sales information. The role will involve a mix of creative, analytical, and organizational tasks to ensure our marketing portfolio is successful and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.) to push our brands and services.

- Collaborate with our key brand leaders, such as Kubota and Claas, to align campaigns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Market Research:
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.

- Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to their preferences.

- Implement strategic ways to reach customers effectively while increasing engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.

- Work with online platforms such as Adobe, Canva, etc. to bring fresh and unique designs to our social media outlets.
- Push engagement across our platforms, increasing follower counts and overall page interactions.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Google My Business, social media ads, and email marketing.

- Optimize websites for SEO and monitor performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and promote events such as product launches, trade shows, or company-wide meetings.

- Oversee logistics and ensure successful execution.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

- Prepare reports for the team and provide recommendations for improvement for social media platforms and websites.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with sales teams, managerial teams, and external brands to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

- Manage marketing budgets and timelines with care and attention to detail.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and graphic design is preferred. Business or any related fields will be considered.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing/branding role.
