HVAC Solutions Closing Specialist
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads
Average 3–4 booked appointments per day (set for you)
Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the first visit
Explain product, pricing, incentives, and financing clearly
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Submit signed deals and required documentation for processing
What We’re Looking For
Proven in-home closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred)
Minimum 2 Years of HVAC Sales Experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to thrive in a self-directed, performance-driven environment
CRM or digital contract experience is a plus
Compensation
This role is 100% commission, with top closers earning:
$150,000–$250,000+ per year (no caps, unlimited potential)
High commission closing structure
