About the Role


We are hiring top-tier in-home closers who excel at converting warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts. We provide high-intent leads, in-home assessments, and full sales support — you bring the ability to present, overcome objections, and close on the first visit. If you are a high-performance sales professional who thrives on commission and refuses to lose, this opportunity is built for you.



What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads

  • Average 3–4 booked appointments per day (set for you)

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the first visit

  • Explain product, pricing, incentives, and financing clearly

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills

  • Submit signed deals and required documentation for processing


What We’re Looking For
  • Proven in-home closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred)

  • Minimum 2 Years of HVAC Sales Experience

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed, performance-driven environment

  • CRM or digital contract experience is a plus


Compensation


This role is 100% commission, with top closers earning:
$150,000–$250,000+ per year (no caps, unlimited potential)
