Are you a passionate automotive professional looking to make a significant impact? We're seeking a highly motivated Automotive Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet leads to set sales appointments
  • Train team members to respond to leads appropriately
  • Monitor team member performance 
  • Track department performance and goals
  • Evaluate lead sources for effectiveness and competitiveness in the market
  • Work with sales managers and sales people to continue follow up and close additional sales
  • Monitor CRM utilization by all sales staff
  • Assist with updates to websites and other customer facing digital marketing
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry and its key players
  • Ability to motivate and manage people within your department
  • Strong computer skills
  • Vin Solutions experience preferred
