Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads to set sales appointments
- Train team members to respond to leads appropriately
- Monitor team member performance
- Track department performance and goals
- Evaluate lead sources for effectiveness and competitiveness in the market
- Work with sales managers and sales people to continue follow up and close additional sales
- Monitor CRM utilization by all sales staff
- Assist with updates to websites and other customer facing digital marketing
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in automotive sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and its key players
- Ability to motivate and manage people within your department
- Strong computer skills
- Vin Solutions experience preferred
