Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team at AgWest in Elie, Manitoba. You will play a key role in driving branch operations, leading a team of agricultural professionals, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

- Maximize branch profitability and operational efficiency.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Build strong customer relationships and promote AgWest’s products and services.

- Oversee branch financials, including income statements (P&L).

- Maintain branch cleanliness and upkeep.

- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in mathematics and computer applications.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
