We are seeking an experienced baker with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery/high volume restaurant with a pastry program or fine dining establishment.

You will be responsible for opening the bake shop in the morning, baking fresh loaves of bread, preparing fresh bread, pastries and other baked goods for the following day. It is also the baker/pastry assistant's responsibility to ensure the quality of the goods being used is up to par and make note of when supplies are running low so that an order can be made. In this position, you will assist the Pastry Chef in the production of house bread, composed desserts and packaged pastries for the restaurant. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. The position is hourly and shift times vary, the earliest starting at 5 am.
