LPN or MA - Patient Care Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Proven ability to efficiently manage referral processes, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate medical records. Skilled in communicating with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and appropriate care coordination.

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments

Physician schedule management

Referral Database management

Insurance verification and Authorizations

Rooming patients as needed

Ability to build rapport with patients, physicians, and other practices

Qualifications:

Patient Care Coordinator, LPN or MA preferred but not required

Medical Terminology

Computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong leadership qualities

Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Preferred
