Line cook/Utility
Responsible for prep work, line cooking, and sometimes dish washing during the day. This is a part time position that can lead to more. Current business trend has this position filling multiple needs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds from the floor. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have minimum 2 years experience in commercial kitchens. Willing to train proper cooking methods. Latin and Mediterranean cuisine experience is a plus.
