From checking guests in upon arrival to restocking merchandise, you'll own various customer-focused clerical and administrative support activities critical to guest satisfaction and employee success. About Us

We operate boat, kayaking, and paddle board tours Underground in the Red River Gorge. At this century-old, flooded limestone mine, participants can experience:

• 100 years of mining history
• Animal life including rainbow trout, salamanders, and bats
• Millions of years of geologic history, various rocks
• An underground spring/waterfall from the ceiling

Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in using booking and scheduling software (FareHarbor)
• Verifying receipt of waivers
• Running Point-of-Sale software while selling merchandise to guests (Square/Clover)
• Willingness to experience the tour and share knowledge with guests
• Prioritizing guest queue to assist in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Engages guests from the moment they enter the store
• Able to count a drawer in and ensure accurate change given each sale
• Good with numbers and attention to details in restocking throughout the day

Requirements: 

• 16+ years old
• High School diploma/or equivalent
• Able to pass a background check
• Enthusiastic, fast learner 
• Pleasant and outgoing: engaging guests from check-in to check-out
• Steady and consistent: sales, numbers, and merchandise are all handled with care and accuracy
• Excellence under pressure: assists guests with compassion while enforcing company safety and procedural policies
• Ability to stay active and moving for most of the day
• Lift 30lbs safely
