Apparel Production Manager (Mid-Level)
About the Role
TCW Trends, Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Apparel Production Account Manager with solid apparel manufacturing experience and strong hands-on ownership skills. This role is ideal for an ambitious, mid-level apparel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at autonomous problem-solving, and can confidently keep multiple styles, timelines, and accounts moving smoothly from development through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities

· Factory Communication: Act as the primary daily point of contact for overseas factories to maintain strict alignment on timelines, quality expectations, and deliverables.
· Milestone Tracking: Review and manage production calendars, WIP reports, costing sheets, and T&A milestones for accuracy.
· Sourcing & Costing: Support the sourcing of fabrics, trims, and raw materials; actively participate in negotiating pricing, MOQs, and production lead times.
· Vendor Accountability: Maintain strong, professional relationships with global vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time performance and accountability.
· Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot production delays, quality deviations, and transit challenges with urgency, clarity, and professionalism.
· Cross-Functional Support: Review tech packs, sample approvals, testing protocols, and shipping logistics in close coordination with customers and internal design teams.
What You Bring
· 4–6 years of experience in apparel production and product development (prior experience owning retail account workflows independently is highly valued).
· Strong execution skills managing the full production lifecycle, from initial sourcing and costing to final shipping compliance.
· Solid product knowledge working with both knits and wovens.
· Proven capability managing overseas vendors and factories (Asia, South Asia, or similar regions).
· Plus Factor: Exposure to or experience with high-volume club store programs (e.g., Sam’s Club, Costco) is a major advantage.
· Organization & Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple production timelines simultaneously.
· Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel (WIP tracking), Outlook, and Word.
· Location: Ability to work reliably onsite at our Torrance, CA office.
Benefits
· Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 (Based on experience)
· 401(k) with company match
· Health, dental, and vision insurance
· Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave
