Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 25–30 hours/week (hands-on shifts)

About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager who can jump on the line, run POS, and keep service moving. You’ll cook, do minor prep, support the team on rushes, and help the GM with daily operations.
What You’ll Do

Work the line (flat-top, fryer, grill) and execute to recipe/portion standards

Run POS, handle cash/credit responsibly, and support guest service

Knock out minor prep (slicing, portioning, labeling, FIFO) and keep stations clean

Help with opening/closing checklists, shift change, and basic inventory counts

Lead by example—coach team on pace, quality, and cleanliness
What You Bring

1+ year in a fast-casual or high-volume kitchen; comfortable cooking and using POS

Strong communication and teamwork; reliable and calm under pressure

Food safety awareness (ServSafe a plus)

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Flexible for peak periods (nights/weekends/occasional holidays)
