What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and ag retailers.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
• Assist customers in identifying the right equipment, parts, and services to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reporting.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
• Support the Parts and Service departments as needed to gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business.

What You Bring:

• Background or interest in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education or experience).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support is an asset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of farming operations or agricultural equipment is considered an asset.
