Working Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor

The Middletown Home is seeking a full time working Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to join our team.

This individual will be a working supervisor to include covering a specific part of the building in the housekeeping role, assisting in laundry or working on a specific project.

This individual assumes responsibility for housekeeping and laundry departments. Coordinates and supervises staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to department standards and regulations. Responsible for the departments in the Directors absence to include addressing staff concerns, call off’s and assuring the departments are operating efficiently.

Will include working every other weekend and holiday.

Must possess prior leadership skills and the ability and willingness to work with and supervise the personnel.
