Warehouse and Delivery Associate

Process Supply, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team! The Warehouse and Delivery Associate is responsible for receiving and packing inventory produced by Process Supply, Inc. Among various other warehouse functions, this role is responsible for the shipment of goods produced and received by Process Supply, Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Warehouse and Delivery Associate. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.

  • Safe forklift operation pulling and moving materials within the warehouse.
  • Deliver materials on truck in good condition with proper paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery and specification requirements of customer orders.
  • Pull and stage material according to bill-of-lading and ensure correct material is shipped to the customer.
  • Obtain proof of identity from carriers and obtain the appropriate signatures on the bill-of-lading.
  • Receive all incoming materials daily.
  • Process customer orders daily or within the required time stated on the ship tickets.
  • Prepare and/or load all outbound freight for Process Supply trucks.
  • Use precision when operating tools such as tape measures, micrometers, nibblers and calipers.
  • Assist daily in the storage of excess inventory.
  • Manage and reconcile inventory through cycle count activity.
  • Maintain facility, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Maintain safe and clean work areas.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks.
  • Adhere to all Company safety rules, regulations, quality standards, handbook policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid State Driver’s License; Safe Driving Record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience
