The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company in order to optimize performance and maximize profits.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's operations, from production and logistics to customer service and administration reporting to CEO of the company. This includes:

 Reinforcing, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Overseeing company’s manufacturing, quality, customer service, procurement/logistics to ensure timely delivery of products or services with high quality.

Be responsible for operational safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale KPIs.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements

Providing leadership, guidance, and training to operations staff

Managing inventory and supply chain to optimize costs and reduce waste

Collaborating with other executives to develop and execute overall strategic objectives

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of operations management. They should also have a track record of success in developing and executing strategies that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop / reinforce and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity over operational departments.

Manage and optimize the use of resources and assets to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans that meet company goals

Monitor and analyze operational metrics in order to identify areas where improvements can be made

Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall company strategy

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Lead and manage teams of employees to achieve operational excellence

 Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field(s).

At least 10 years of experience in a senior operational management role

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

A proven track record of implementing successful operational strategies

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
