Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a highly organized professional to manage staff training programs across the agency. This role focuses on delivering initial and ongoing training, maintaining digital learning resources, and coordinating training events for employees at all levels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and proficient in digital platforms for training management.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Day 1 orientation and all subsequent staff training sessions

• Maintain Google Classroom or LMS modules, updating content as required

• Coordinate training events, including CPR/FA, Medication Administration, and Crisis Intervention

• Track completion of compliance and professional development trainings

• Generate reports and maintain accurate training records, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation

• Communicate training schedules and outreach reminders to staff using Google Workspace tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional coordination, or related field

• Proficiency in Google Classroom, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)

• Experience coordinating group training sessions and events

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills

• Healthcare, personal care, or behavioral health experience preferred but not required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (with occasional flexibility for training events)
Location: Greenville, NC (travel to other locations as needed)
