Tennis & Pickle Ball Counselor 

Seasonal Position 

Gain valuable experience, be a positive role model, and give back to the community while having fun this summer. 

Pay range: Starting at 17.98 - $20.68 (PT-3) 

Location: The town of Cohasset is seeking a Tennis & Pickle Ball Counselor for the summer program with the recreation department. This position reports to the Recreation Director. 

Description of responsibilities: 


The tennis and pickleball summer recreation counselor assists with the daily operation of youth tennis and pickleball activities as part of the summer recreation program. Under the direction of the program coordinator, the counselor helps lead drills and games, supports skill development, and supervises participants. 

Additional duties include supporting the director, participating in training sessions, maintaining records such as weekly attendance and accident reports, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and grounds. councelor will also enforce Recreation Department rules and policies related to the program and deliver exceptional customer service to both patrons and fellow staff members

Requirements: 

 CPR: All applicants must hold a current CPR certification. CPR classes will be provided to staff at no cost. 

 

2026 Summer Program Dates 

Monday, June 29th through Friday, August 7 (9 AM – Noon)
