What You’ll Do:

As a Full-Time Team Member, your focus is on in-store operations and guest experience. There are no marketing or outside sales responsibilities — your job is to help deliver an outstanding in-store experience every shift.

Guest Service

Greet every customer with energy and a smile

Guide guests through the menu and answer questions confidently

Maintain speed and accuracy during busy rushes

Handle in-store, online, and delivery orders efficiently

Ensure every bowl leaves the line looking fresh and consistent

Assembly Line Operations

Our restaurant operates in an assembly-line style format.

Work quickly and communicate clearly with teammates

Maintain proper portioning and presentation

Stay organized during high-volume periods

Support the team to keep orders flowing smoothly

Food Preparation

Prepare fresh ingredients during morning and afternoon prep

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Label, date, and store food properly

Maintain a clean and organized prep area

Cleaning & Organization

Wash and sanitize a high volume of dishes

Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas spotless

Complete daily cleaning checklists

Follow health department guidelines

(No grills, fryers, or vent hoods — just fresh ingredients and a clean environment.)

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work well in a team environment

Comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Dependable and punctual

Willingness to learn and improve

Availability for nights and/or weekends is a plus

Restaurant experience is helpful but not required — we are happy to train the right person.
