What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, you will help run shifts, support the team, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting team members during shifts

• Ensuring excellent guest service and food quality

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

• Assisting with training and coaching new team members

• Supporting daily operations and order flow

• Setting the example for teamwork, professionalism, and accountability

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

• Take pride in their work and lead by example

• Are dependable, accountable, and solutions-oriented

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Want to grow into Assistant Manager or General Manager roles

Preferred Experience:

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience

• Leadership or trainer experience is a plus
