Team Lead

OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION:                                                             

Oversees team members and maintains high standards of production, product quality and safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Including but not limited to the following.  Other duties may be assigned according to role and department needs.

·         Oversee team members

·         Maintains a safe and organized environment

·         Lead team members with high morale

·         Promote production of good quality products

·         Complete paperwork in a timely manner, accurately, and legibly

·         Adhere to company policies and procedures

·         Maintain good housekeeping practices

·         Operation and knowledge of machinery, if applicable

·         Operate a pallet jack
